    Hi,

Since my WordPress version updated to version 6 in the last 24 hours, Elementor is now causing an error which makes my whole site completely inaccessible, even as far as wp-login and wp-admin not being available.

I am certain that it is Elementor causing the problem, as I have tried disabling all other plugins and the problem remains. Contrastingly, I have then removed Elementor in cPanel, reactivated all other plugins, and the site works absolutely fine throughout various testing. Then as soon as I do a clean install and activation of Elementor the site instantly breaks – white screen with the dreaded ‘503 service unavailable’ message! Remove Elementor in cPanel again… site works, no problems.

I love this plugin and would like to continue using it, but I don’t understand how I can do that at the moment.

    Please advise! Thanks in advance.

    Kind regards

  • Hi,

Could you please send me the URL of your site?

Also since this is a server error, I advise you to contact your hosting for the server log and ask them to check if there are firewalls.
