Elementor cannot update or save

    I’m using Elementor on OceanWP, I updated Elementor to 3.0.13, began creating a new blog post but when I clicked Publish in Private mode the button stays on Updating…, with the Saving icon two buttons to the left blinking on Saving, the on the left hand side an error message appeared saying “Updating failed. You are probably offline.” And I am definitely online. I rolledback to 3.0.9 and get the same problem–I cannot update my blog post.

    Hope someone can help.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Can you please try to temporarily deactivate Elementor and publish the page again within the WP editor?

    If it is still having issues, there may be other plugins interfering which is causing the issue.

    If it works fine after deactivating Elementor, do you see any other errors in your console log via your browser?
    (shortcut Option + ? + J on macOS, or Shift + CTRL + J on Windows/Linux).

    Please also check if your WP/Site URL is correct via your settings -> General page in your wp-admin dashboard. (make sure to backup your site before).
