Elementor cannot read ACF field in Product archive page

Hello Elementor team,

I’m using Elementor, WooCommerce, and ACF [Advanced custom fields] plugin, in my website – website built with Elementor builder on Hello Elementor theme

I’m using ACF to add so extra fields to Products and I’m showing these new fields in a single product page template via shortcode or dynamic content.
Now I recently added a new field in Product categories and tags, and when I tried to show these new fields in the Product category archive, it’s not working, Elementor cannot ready my field like it’s empty, although it has value

I tried to do that with Elementor dynamic content, and it’s working fine, but it’s’ not working if I try to show that with shortcode, code snippet, or another plugin.

The 2nd question is, is there any way to hide an element based on another widget it’s valued, or is it empty?
