Elementor Cache Issues When MainWP Child is Active

I have a issue whenever I try to edit a page with elementor the changes does not show up in the fronted this happens only when Mainwp-Clild is active. I have to deactivate the plugin and then it shows up but after reactivation I have to go through the whole process again which is very annoying.

Let me know if I am doing something wrong.
