Hi, Elementor and Ocean Extra are installed and activated, but below the plugins I am asked why I want to delete Elementor although it is activated.
On the page I can not reach Ocean WP settings, I can see the headline, but nothing below. There is no chance to open the page in Elementor.
Can you please help me? What is the problem???
    Thank you !
    Galina

    Hi,

Do you see any message or error while trying to edit with Elementor?

Are you by any chance using ‘OceanWP Elementor Widgets’ plugin?
If so, please make sure it is updated to its latest version available, and see if it solve your issue.

@jdembowski Thank you so much! This is my first post. Until today I was able to solve my problems by reading existing posts. ??

@davidr90 I am not able to edit anything with Elementor.Plugin is installed and activated, but not working. Could it be that the PHP Max. post size is too small? I compared all system infos with other pages I already made.
And I do not use “OceanWP Elementor Widgets’ plugin”.

I solved the problem easily – it was the PHP max. post size. I changed it in the php.ini and Elementor is working now without any problems. ??

I am glad you have managed to solve this issue.
    Thank you for updating.
