Elementor ALL Post Categories not showing

    Just discovered a large issue, when I try to alter POST CATEGORIES, for a block, no categories are displayed at all.

    If I add a new block. the Categories are displayed

    All Blocks on my site can no longer have Catagories edited

    A large issue for a news site

    Is there anyone that can help

    I did Upgrade the Elemental Plug In today, did not help

    Afraid to Deleted Elementor, and reinstall, just not sure what to expect
    and now not confident to Back up as well

    can anyone offer some help

    What version are you currently running? I believe 2.5.9 is the latest at the moment.

    Is this in the WordPress editor? If so, this might not be related to Elementor. Could you share a link to a screenshot of what you mean?

    no Elementor Editor

    Content of the Blog Widget

    Add Catagories
    Pull down , states unable to display

    IF,,,i ad a new BLOG WIDGET,,,then all Catagories are there

    This just happened on its own,,,I had Upgraded Elementor yesterday,,,in hope that that might fix, but it did not

    Strange,,,,Dbase, or indexing problem somewhere
