Hi! Whenever I try to publish my Elementor updates to the home page I get a 403 error. I can see it’s a Wordfence issue; it blocks requests even when the “Wordfence Security” plugin is deactivated (please check the attached screenshot for an illustration).

Anyone that can help with this?

Hi @seb7100, thanks for your question.

Have you tried running Wordfence in Learning Mode? I think the unsafe operation you’re seeing could be caused by actions Elementor is trying to do but they’re getting caught as false-positives.

From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. Now perform the actions that were caus ing issues. This will help Wordfence learn that these actions are normal and it will allow them in the future. After you have finished performing the actions, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting. Now test to see if these actions work correctly.

    Thanks,
    Peter.
