• I updated to 3.0.0 and my site broke. I tried to login again, however I just had a page with coding. I installed my site and reinstalled from back up. I updated again, my dashboard loaded a bunch of code. I rolled back to previous version.

  • Hi,

    We are sorry for the inconvnience.

    Please try the following steps:

    – Go to WP Dashboard > Elementor > Tools, and click on the Regenerate CSS button.

    – If it won’t solve your issue, try to clear your cache and your local storage.

    – If none of these steps helped you solve this issue, you can always revert your version to the previous version (Elementor > Tools > Version Control) and let me know if the issue is resolved.

    Hi
    I’m having the same problem, and I can’t access the dashboard!
    The dashboard only displays the code after I update your plugin
    How to solve it?
    Thank you

    Hi
    I have successfully entered my site dashboard using recovery mode, and I have done your suggestions, to no avail

    I get this message: {“message”: “Server error, see Elementor => System Info”}

    SOLVED (for me): Just go to Elementor> Tools> Version control> click on Rerun Update Script, all looks perfect again.
    I have tried it on several websites and it works ??
    This button maybe not appear if you do not have updated to one of the latest updates.
    I upload a screenshot:
