Both Elementor and Elementskit are free/lite versions.

All PHP and plugins are up to date.

The problem I’m facing at the moment is that the sticky header template that I have made in Elementskit is not overriding the default header of elementors “Hello Elementor” template.

-The modules Header Footer and Mega Menu are activated in Elementskit Modules.
-The Elementskit Header Template is Active and shows when previewing the template.
-All post Types are selected in Elementor
-I have tried deactivating the Hello Theme Header & Footer option in Elementor Experiments
-The Default Kit Template which is the framework of “Hello Elementor” template, Post attributes has been set to Elementor Canvas (all other options have also been tested)

Any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated as I’ve exhausted all avenues that I can think of.

    Hello @adultden

I think the problem happens due to Caching plugin. If you are using any caching plugin on your site, most specifically, Object Cache is enabled on your site, then please clear the caches from your site and browser, or if possible, keep it disabled for some time and then check. Most often, this happens due to caching, I hope the problem will be solved right after that.

If that also doesn’t help, then disable other plugins except for Elementor and Elementskit, and then check if the issue is still there or not. If that solves the issue, start activating the plugins one by one and continue checking. In this way, you will be able to detect what actually causes this issue.

Let me know if these points help to solve the issue. If not, let us know. We are always here to assist you.

    Best Regards,
    Amir

    Hi Benjir,

    Thanks for the follow up.

Yes, it seems it was a cache plugin that was causing the issue.

    Much thanks for the assistance.
