Element invalid according to data type “String”…

    Here is the error upon entering the payment info and clicking the blue Charge button:

    The ‘AnetApi/xml/v1/schema/AnetApiSchema.xsd:itemId’ element is invalid – The value ” is invalid according to its datatype ‘String’ – The actual length is less than the MinLength value.

    Please advise.

    Hey @steve887. Sorry about that. We overlooked the possibility of a product not having a SKU. We’re releasing an update to fix the issue.

    Ok, thanks. Now I get this error:
    The ‘AnetApi/xml/v1/schema/AnetApiSchema.xsd:name’ element is invalid – The value ‘1708S11MGM: Camelot SQUIRE Subscription Mgr. Special: Pmt catchup- $xxx now, $xxx Sept. 6th, then $xx/mo’ is invalid according to its datatype ‘String’ – The actual length is greater than the MaxLength value.

    Hey @steve887. Authorize.Net imposes strict character limits on the data sent to them. We’re releasing an update that will cut off the item name at the limit.
