    Hello,

I wanted to make sure the plugin does what I need it to before I purchase the Pro version. I have Elementor Pro and I am using Elemailer Lite. When sending emails they are just coming through as defaulted text. It is like the Elemailer has not overridden Elementor.

I have Elementor Pro 3.14.1 and Elemailer Lite 1.9, I have seen related posts on here posted over a year ago and it looks like the problem was down to a conflict between elementor pro and elemailer lite.

I have tried the usual and deactivated all the plugins bar elementor and elemailer but still the problem is the same. (Yes on the contact form I have selected the elemailer option and selected the template to use)

Hope that helps as I am stumped.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Can you confirm enable HTML option is enabled and you have followed this guide? : https://elemailer.com/help/elementor-pro-form-email-design/

If the issue persists, it could be due to conflict with some other plugins on your site so I would request to disable other plugins except for Elementor pro, Elemailer Lite and Elementor and see if that helps.

    Regards,

    Hi!

I’ve the same issue, I’ve watched many tutorials, I started it again, and again more than 10 times, but nothing changed. I have the newest versions of the plugins, I set everything that was there.

    Sincerely,

@vbarna may I know if the above tutorial didn’t help too? If so, you are welcome to shoot us an email at [email protected] with the details of your site and we will look into it for you.

    Regards,

Thanks for your fast answer; unfortunately, the tutorial above didn’t help me either. What other information should I send in the e-mail besides the website address?

@vbarna if possible staging site access ( if not possible original site access to test the issue after taking a full backup of your site ).

I finally got it working, I deleted the plugin completely, then reinstalled it and that seems to have sorted the issue out.

@mrg88 that’s very interesting. Thanks for the update!

@vbarna can you try the same? Although we would like to investigate further to understanding if there is some issue internally that could cause this, so if you could send us the details via email it would be better.

    Regards,

I don’t know, somehow it didn’t work for me. Anyway, I’ve sent a message with the informations for acces to my staging site, to the support team.

@vbarna, we have reviewed the ticket and can see the issue is due to the GPL version of elementor pro that is being used. With the original elementor pro it worked fine. So in this case, the issue is with the plugin that you use for the pro form.

    Regards,

Thanks for your answer! It’s finally clean for me why it’s not working ??
