Thank you for sending over the system status report. Could I get you to send over any fatal error logs that there are? You can find them by going to WooCommerce and selecting Status. Then from the tabs at the top, select “Logs” and then use the drop-down menu at the top to select the fatal error log from the time you saw the error. It’ll look something like this screenshot:
