Elegant Collapsible TOC on PC and on Mobile Devices

I discovered Table of Contents Plus only recently. I tested it as well as a few other similar plugins. This was the one that best suited my requirements. I chose to insert the table of content code manually on every page of my site where I wanted it, rather than opt for the automatic insertion on every qualifying page. I am very satisfied with it. And it works correctly when viewing my site from a PC or from a mobile device. Thank you!
