Electric Studio Download Counter – blocks media upload in WP editor

After upgrading to WP 3.3, I found 2 issues:
1. In the WP post editor, I got no response to clicking the insert media icon2. No hover-over sub-menus displayed
These issues were resolved by de-activating the Electric Studio Download Counter plugin.
Can you fix this?
