    Sorry to hear about your issues. Have you tried using the latest version of the plugin?

    I downloaded Electric Studio Download counter but I don’t know what to do next. I am new to wordpress and plugins. The instructions are not giving me sufficient information to activate the counter. I have pdf files I want to count as they are downloaded. My site is:
