There appears to be a conflict with ElasticPress plugin which blocks Event Tickets from displaying in a page/post.

I’m not sure what is causing the conflict but I worked around it by disabling the ElasticPress plugin. Any help appreciated.

  • Hi there,

Do you have the “Elastic Events” plugin installed as well? This plugin is only compatible with v2 of ElasticPress, so that may be the issue if so.

    Thanks,

No I did not have “Elastic Events” installed as well.

    Hi again,

    Thanks for confirming.

I tried installing and activating ElasticPress locally, and I do not see any issues with my ticket forms resolving.

However, I don’t have an ElasticPress server to connect to, so this may be why I can’t reproduce.

Do you have a link to an event page with the plugin active where I can inspect to see if there are any errors in the console?

    Thanks,
    Sky

Unfortunately, I can’t. I raised this to let you know and to see if you could reproduce yourself to find the bug or conflict that exists.

    Hi again,

We are not able to reproduce any conflicts on our end.

I would recommend enabling WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG, running through the setup and actions that result in the problems, and checking the resulting log files for errors.

If you do this and see anything that might be related to the problem, can you share the error messages with us here?

    Thanks,
    Sky
