    Hi, I am importing a product with a flat txt file, when I import it the filters do not match, the price comes out in images. the description does not come out complete.

    Hi @disenops123,

    How do you import products in WooCommerce? Do you use the built-in Product CSV Importer and Exporter or are you using a plugin?

    If you’re using the WooCommerce product CSV importer and exporter you would need to save the file as CSV in UTF-8 format. More details here:

    Hola, lo subo el archivo en txt, así subimos todos los productos a nuestra pagina y siempre a funcionado correctamente, el problema se genero con un producto en el que el importador no reconoce el delimitador (,) y no mapea adecuadamente las columnas, ya que la descripción la parte donde no hay coma y ejemplo: imágenes(nombre de columna) ejemplo:45000 y este numero, pertenece es al precio y no a la imagen

    Can you please share a sample of the file you’re using to import products? Also, please send a copy of your System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
