EKIT Page List addon for Elementor

I am using the EKIT Page List addon for Elementor. once links on the list are clicked, they are open on a new tab. I am switching between “blank” and “self” on the setting panel, but nothing seems to work. “blank” should open on a new tab while “self” should open on the same tab. What Am I missing?
