Einige Kunden werden nicht zu PayPal weitergeleitet

    Sehr geehete Damen und Herren,

    einige unserer Kunden werden beim Abschluss der Bestellung nicht zu PayPal weitergeleitet und k?nnen somit nicht zahlen. Es erscheint die Fehlermeldung “Fehler im Bestellvorgang. Versuche es bitte erneut.” Das trifft aber nicht auf alle Kunden zu. Einige k?nnen korrekt zahlen.

    Ich bitte um Analyse der unten stehenden Log-Daten. Dieses Verhalten ist leider sowohl für die Kunden als auch uns selbst sehr unangenehm.

    Hallo,

    ich habe bei meinem Shop das gleiche Problem. Habe das zuerst nicht garnicht gemerkt, da ich immer mit einem registrierten Benutzer mit hinterlegter Adresse getestet habe. Aber wenn ein Benutzer z.B. keine Adresse hinterlegt hat, oder als Gast bestellt und die optionalen Adressangaben nicht macht, dann taucht der “Fehler in der Bestellung.Versuche es bitte erneut.” auf.
    Ich habe jetzt ein paar Updates abgewartet und teste immer mal wieder, aber gerade war der Fehler immer noch da (ich muss das Paypal Plus Plugin dann leider immer direkt wieder deaktivieren, da ja sonst das funktionierende Standard-Paypal deaktiviert ist).

    Ich habe gesehen, dass die Frage als gel?st markiert ist, ich würde mich sehr über Hilfe freuen.
