eicons GDPR – loading locally?

Hello, I am using the icons from elementor (free version) and try to figure out, if the eicons are be loaded locally within the plugin (library) or from the elementor site. As far as I could see, they are be loadad locally and therefore are conform to GDPR. But for safety, please can you confirm this? Thank you.
