Just a heads up in case you weren’t already aware.. in the WordPress community, it is common courtesy and best practice to post about any plugin problems in the plugin support forum. That way you give the plugin author a chance to help resolve your issue before you leave a poor review and thereby permanently lower the plugin’s overall rating.
Like many other plugin developers, I’m just one person working for free to share free WP resources to the community. I go out of my way to respond to ALL support requests in a timely manner (usually a matter of minutes), and bend over backwards trying to help people who need it. So it really hurts to get a poor review before ever getting a chance to try and help. Please remember this for next time: give the plugin author a chance to help before leaving a negative review.
