How can I make users pay with normal EFT payments – in South Africa, PayPal is limited to only one specific bank’s account holder, so I do have payment issues with the plugin. We can only do EFT, PayFast, Snapscan, Zapper, at this stage. I’ll be content with EFT.

Is this a “Compatible up to: 4.6.17” issue?

    Hi,

To accept payments with EFT, please download and install free Manual Payments addon:
    https://wp-base.com/downloads/manual-payments/

Then set “Auto confirm” as No in “Global Settings > General > Booking & Cancelling” tab to accept the payment in pending mode.

Add MANUAL_PAYMENT_NOTE placeholder in the email template in “Global Settings > Email > Pending” tab.

Write EFT instructions in the Email note field in “Payment Gateways > Manual Payments” tab. These instructions will replace MANUAL_PAYMENT_NOTE placeholder.

Now, when client makes the booking, he will receive an email with EFT instructions in it.

When your client does make the EFT and informs you, you can add the EFT information in the related booking and set the booking as paid.

If your client does not make the payment within the time set in Pending Approval bookings auto removal time (hours) setting in “Global Settings > General > Time Settings” tab (default 24 hours), the pending booking will be automatically removed.

    Cheers,
    Hakan

Thank you very much – I indeed did this. Once again, my sincerest apologies as the plugin I needed support on wasn’t yours – but as mentioned I uninstalled that one and installed this.
