EFS js and CSS settings

    Hi, I’m using your plugin on a couple of sites, very useful so far thank you.

    I’m finding that when I select “Use from theme or any other plugin” as the source for the js and css files, the files are still inserted in the HEAD. I assume that this is a bug / error?

    I’m rolling my own JS and CSS files and don’t want them to be included twice. If that setting isn’t for what I think it’s for, would you consider adding functionality to switch off the JS/CSS output in a future version? Or include a hook that would allow us to do it?
