• Hello,

    I have a website with 1000~ users.
As you probably know, there are spammers out there that can simple registar. Some people don’t care, but I care.

I can use phpMyAdmin to search for those users and delete them, but I think there is out there a plugin that can do an advanced search by e-mail, by user activation (or not) and such so we can selkect them and delete.

    Is there anything like this?

    Thanks,
    Rui

    “up”.

Ok now I got 2400~ users, I recive a bund of e-mails per day and I really don’t read them all.

Also, it would be nice to have some sort of IP filtering, or IP logging to make sure there are not multiple users with the same IP.

Is there any plugin that do anything I talk here?

    Thank you guys,
    Rui

Nop, that didn’t solve the problem.

Some of the problems I have managing a large user detabase are:
    – sort by activation (I can’t see only the ones that input hotmaile.com as a typo and did not activate the account propperly)
    – see the IP and search for registiration IP, last login IP, to prevent multiple account usage
    – check if an user has been active for X period of time (I found a plugin, but it did not work, I din’t try to fix it because that’s not a big deal the timeframe)

The first two problems make it dificult to any WordPress large detabase to be cleaned up and to get more usable and simple to understand in realistic terms.
