Efficient way to sell and ship with UPS

The free WooCommerce Services plugin (found at https://woocommerce.com/products/shipping/) should help with that.

Note that it doesn’t send the tracking number automatically, although you can use the “Customer Notes” functionality for that on per-order basis.
