Effective Email Program

    Great program to send emails and newsletters via WordPress Dashboard. The only downside is speed of support. It is terrific once you get a response, but doing things only via email is out-of-date, too slow. They need either a phone number or online support for paying customers.

    UPDATE: Support speed has improved over the past year.
