    I have a colour scheme for my site https://funkylindsay.com The sidebar is supposed to be a pale pink, but people are seeing peach and yellow. The header image is supposed to be pastel-type colours, but some people are seeing a gross limey yellow in it.

    I thought it was a difference between Firefox and IE, but it isnt’.

    Does anyone know of a way so that the SAME colours appear on any computer used?

    hmm not sure.

    I have the colour defined — background-color: #FCF1EE;
    color: #4A2C00; in the stylesheet

    there is this line—- is this what you mean?

    list-style-image: url(images/listitem.png);
    list-style-type: circle;

    although— i don’t think it’s a browser problem. It looks crummy on my desktop using firefox, but perfect on my laptop using firefox… sob.

    that’s really odd. looks pink to me in firefox on a laptop…i don’t really know what the deal is

    hmm.. me neither. anyone else have a clue?

    I’m pretty bad with colors, but the sidebar looks peach to me.

    The header image is the green you probably intended, and subdued enough that it doesn’t bother me.

    If it matters, I’m looking at it on my Dell monitor. I think some colors vary a lot depending on the screen, CRT, laptop or LCD.

    Regards
