EEC Transaction Data is not sent to GA on order confirmation page

  • Hi There,

    The website mentioned above uses Klarna Checkout and I have implemented EEC using your plugin.

    I have followed your implementation guide and setup EEC as per the instructions on the guide.
    EEC seems to be working fine with all the necessary information being passed to GA except for transaction data on the order confirmation page.

    Please advice if there are any additional configurations to be done in order to make this work.

    Really appreciate your immediate attention in this regard.

    Hi Ahamed,

    I had several rounds with Klarna and with my recent tests, it seemed to be working. Klarna implements its own checkout process but they mimic the behavior of the standard WooCommerce checkout process.

    If you can provide access to a sandbox version of your website and also a test card to be used with Klarna, I am happy to review the process. Since I am currently on vacation, this could be done after 1st October.
