Editting Header and Footer

  • So the top nav header, the cons_light_top_bar and the bottom footer with the privacy policy .sub_footer

    I have tried editting the main style.css file but the colors still show up as black and not white. I just want them to be white like the rest of the site background.

    Am I missing something? If i put coding into the Additional CSS in Appearance > Customize ; will it override the main css ?
