    Hi,

My client has Editor access and they can’t view the Sugar Calendar Admin pages anymore. They see Sugar Calendar in the sidebar, but it takes them to a page titled “Taxonomy Order” (/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=sc_event&page=to-interface-sc_event). They can’t see Sugar Calendar subpages like “Events”, “Add New”, etc. They get the “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” error if Editors try to go directly to those pages. I am an Administrator, and I can see the Sugar Calendar Admin pages, but I don’t want to give my clients Admin access. Is there a setting to give Editors access to create and edit events? I looked, but could not find a setting for this. Editors were able to create and edit events before. I am using Sugar Calendar (Lite) v 3.0.0

  • I’m having a similar issue where no one is able to view the Events themselves on our calendar, even after they are created, updated, or changed. I think something is broken on their platform right now.

    Hello @bridgetwes,

Sorry to hear about the issue you are encountering. The issue you are encountering is fixed and will be included in the next release. Unfortunately for now, only “Administrator”-level users can access the Events in the backend.
