  • Hi you might have a plugin conflict. Can you disabled all your other plugins except this one. Then carry out a test. If that does not work test one of WordPress defaults themes like Twenty Fifteen?

i tested by shutting down all plugins and it still didnt work…something to do with editors not having manage_options i think and one setting in your admin panel says admin only so how can i correct that thanks

Hi, I just carried out a test in my testing website. I added a user with editor’s privileges and it worked for me. I am also running WordPress 4.4.

What theme are you currently using?

i am currently using moesia theme

Can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fifteen? Something in your website is conflicting with this plugin. As I mentioned above it is working for me.

is there a way to fix this?

Did you create a support ticket with NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati? You might also report this issue with your Theme developers.

This issue has nothing to do with this plugin.
