Editor window resizes on file update

    I’ve noticed on a few themes that if I expand the theme editor window downwards and then make an edit, when I hit “Update File” the edit window resizes back to original size which I’m sure doesn’t happen in 3.4

    It should happen in all versions, since the core doesn’t save the height of the code editor. There is no need for it.
