Editor toolbar and content don't appear

New website running on Debian Squeeze, WordPress 3.7.1 works fine. When I add CKEditor 4.0 and try to edit a page or post, the toolbar is missing and so is the content of the Visual tab. The HTML tab is OK.
I can’t see any error messages in the Apache log nor in the Firebug console.
It’s the same in Firefox and Chrome browsers.
Any ideas?
