Editor removes tags! Is this a bug?

  • Hi,
    -I do some work in the Rich text Editor.
    -I then click the CODE tab.
    -I add <p>&nbsp;</p> several times to add extra blank rows.
    -I click the RTE tab. The blank rows are present as expected.
    -I click the code tab again and all the blank rows I’ve added are removed!

    This is driving me nuts!

    Someone please advise.
