Editor Plus not working correct

Why these errors? Are they the problem??

If you encounter issues with a CSS property not functioning correctly, it typically indicates that another CSS rule from your theme or a different plugin is taking precedence over ours. To address this, I recommend investigating the problem using the browser console. You can also try temporarily disabling other plugins one by one to identify if any of them are causing the issue. If the problem persists, testing with a different theme may also be helpful.

Regarding the errors, it appears that the lottie warning is associated with the EditorPlus plugin and can be avoided. No another CSS rules, no plugins, but errors!

All .js files in plugin editor-plus can read by BBedit, only by admin.js and gutenberg_editor.js is the error!

Not sure I understand that? Could you elaborate it?

I tried to find the problem according to my understanding. I opened all the files from Editor-Plus with my BBEdit ( is the leading professional text, code, and markup editor for the Macintosh ). The two files could not be opened with BBEdit because of the UTF-8 error. I don’t know if this has an effect on the execution of Editor-Plus.

The error is with the files installed via WP and also those in the downloaded zip file.
