Editor not working in 5.3.2

  • The editor field in page or post editor is unresponsive, it shows no content and will not show a cursor to type new content.
    Add media produces no result.
    Title field working normally.
    Won’t work with “block” system or classic.
    This is a new install, and now re-install of 5.3.2, so no plugins except default and “Disable Gutenberg” which I added to try to fix this problem but it had no effect.
    Any ideas?
