Editor not working

    The visual editor got all messed up. It was working fine before version 3.9.2
    I’ve already tried deactivating all plugins, changing theme, clearing cache, nothing is working.
    I use the same plugins on other website and everything works perfectly.

    Anybody know’s how to fix this?

    That’s definitely not the standard editor toolbar.

    Are you sure you deactivated all plugins? Because something not-standard-WordPress is making it appear that way.

    I did, I did it again now and cleared cache again and reinstalled the 3.9.2 version now it seems to work
