    Hello @wdsupport,
There’s an issue with your JS plugin for tinyMCE. There is an undefined variable (wd_cat_plugin_url) in wp-content/plugins/catalog/js/editor_plugin.js on line 19. There is a conflict with one of our themes that uses tinyMCE in the customizer.

    image: <strong>wd_cat_plugin_url</strong> + '/images/Spider_CatalogLogoHover.png'

    Thank you in advance!
    Have a nice day!

  • Hi,

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please try the following:

    1. Please copy the site URL and add after it wp-content/plugins/catalog,
    2. Afterward please copy the whole(site URL +wp-content/plugins/catalog)
    2. With FTP please go to the /wp-content/plugins/catalog/js/editor_plugin.js file, search for wd_cat_plugin_url and add the copied URL here.
    Please see the steps here.

    Thanks. Have a nice day.
