    Hello,

since version 3.7.0 of Elementor the editor is not loading. I deactivated all plugins and reactivated them one by one. The problem only reappeared after I activated your plugin.

    The console shows following errors:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'deprecated')
Uncaught ReferenceError: elementorDevTools is not defined
Uncaught ReferenceError: elementorDevTools is not defined

Can you please fix this issue?

    Hello @jannnfe,

We have made an effort to duplicate this issue on our end, but we are not experiencing it. Does this issue affect all pages? Or only on specific pages? Can you use Elementor to edit a newly created page?

You can try to individually disable each element in the ‘Jeg Elementor Kit -> Elements’ menu if it is just on specific pages. Using this technique, you may determine whether any elements or widgets are interfering with the functioning of the Elementor editor.

You can attempt some of the steps in the Elementor Documentation below if the method above doesn’t work. You can also discuss with the Elementor team about this issue since it started after an update of Elementor.

    Hey,

I deactivated your plugin again and updated Elementor to the latest version. The editor loads. When I activate your plugin, the editor no longer loads. I tested this on a newly created page. I disabled all elements, no difference – the editor does not load. But I saw on Github that others probably have a problem but independent of your plugin: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/19456

Is this an Elementor bug or a bug on your part?

    Thanks ??

    Hello @jannnfe,

We apologize for our delay in responding. We still can’t replicate this issue on our side. Can you provide us with the Log results you can find in Elementor -> System Info?

We also had time to find forums that might be related to this issue. We recommend that you downgrade Elementor prior to version 3.7 (v3.6.8) and/or disable Elementor Pro (if any), then after that, you can recheck this issue.

Don’t forget to clear your site’s cache if any.

    Thank You

I have the problem now with several plugins from version 3.7.0. I believe this issue is related. Many elementor addon plugins use functions which have become deprecated at version 3.7.0.

    Hello @jannnfe,

For the deprecated elementor/widgets/widgets_registered hook, we’ve been using the newest hook since version 2.4.1. We’re not sure what caused this issue to occur as we didn’t experience it on our side, but you can try using the Jeg Elementor Kit in the link below.

Before installing the Jeg Elementor Kit above, please back up all your data first so that it can be restored in case of unwanted errors.

    Thank You
