If you haven’t submitted the form yet, please update to 2.1.1.3 first and see if that resolves your issues. We released that today to hopefully address this!

After I updated to 2.1.1.3 it works perfectly!

I got similar problem. Images were not displaying.

After updating to the last version, they appeared, but the layout got messed… ??
