editor gets bigger on clicking

  • When using the classic editor in wordpress the text field gets bigger when I click in de field. This is very annoying because the text I am typing is slowly getting out of the screen. Does somebody know how to fix this?

    This honestly sounds like a plugin or theme conflict. Do you have any other plugins that add something to the WordPress editor? The best thing to do here is to disable your plugins one by one to see which one may be causing this issue.
