    I’ve tried all the footer editor pages, sidebars, everything. There’s a static footer to my website that shows our Gallery Hours, and I want to change that. I’m at my wits end. I can view the html content in WordPress, but I can’t find it to edit it. The website is https://www.earthenware.com

    Did you look under appearance->widgets? The markup in the footer’s HTML indicate there are widgets involved.

    There are two possibilities:
    1) the footer is populated via widgets
    => appearance => widgets
    2) (less likely) the footer is hard-coded in the footer.php file of your theme
