Editor —?category selection fails

    One quirk from, 0.8.0 persists in version 0.8.1: In the “Category” selector (pull-down menu), all selected / available categories yield 0 events, except for “All categories”, of course, which disables this filter.
    Filtering by year works OK, though. As events are now treated as posts, I also get SEO & Readability filters from Yoast SEO —?these do nothing at all (which is at least better than an empty window, as with the Category selector) —?but I suspect that isn’t really your problem, or is it??
    For the front-end (Web page / viewer), category selection works OK through the URL selector, also when combined with year selection. I haven’t tried the front-end category pull-down since upgrading to 0.8.1 —?instead, I have so far kept my table-based workaround which I know works as it should (see the above URL).
