Editor can no longer access specific page

  • Hi
    A colleague of mine is an editor user role and has been able to update this page… until about 4 weeks ago.

    Now they can edit other pages/posts but not this specific one… at first they got a message saying they didn’t have access.. now just a blank screen.

    They’ve cleared cache, we’ve also set up a new user account (also editor) and tried moving the page authorship to them… but nothing seems to be working.

    I’m not using any third party role permission plug in either.

    Any ideas?

  • Hello ,
    Since a blank screen may be suppressing an error, try enabling debugging as it may provide a more specific error message. See if you are able to replicate this yourself with his account. See if it is happening when you create other users with the same group permissions.
    Also, test with a different browser to see if it still happens.
