Editor and plugin settings are broken in 3.6.1

Hello! I’m using WordPress 4.5.2 with Valenti 5.3 theme. I’ve been using SNAP for a half of year and it worked fantastic, but after yesterday update everything became broken.
First of all, the settings of the plugin disappeared:

There is nothing in other tabs:

Looks like every button calling for js doesn’t work (click makes nothing)
Visual mode (if it was set before the plugin is on) looks more interesting:
