Editor adds HTML

  • Hi,

    The Visual Editor sometimes adds <span style=”font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;”>. I can’t pinpoint when exactly, but it happens mostly after an edit in text mode. Any idea’s on how to prevend this behaviour?

    Does that happen if you copy stuff from Microsoft Word?

    Could you also let us know what your theme and plugin setup is right now?

    @andrew, no it doesn’t happen with pasting. It really seems to be something with switching between the visual and code editor.

    @Lettergrad. I’m using the reverie framework (based on Foundation). I’ll do a test tonight with all plugins disabled and the default theme, to see if I can replicate it there.

    Yes, switching between editors is known to be problematic. Best to avoid doing that until you have saved the changes.
