Editor add roll to edit home slider option

  • Hi
    I want to make editors to have capabilities to edit theme settings, especially the slider setting. I used groups plugin and added edit_theme_options, but it don’t work. When a editor try to save the changes made in slider settings it get an error page with a message like Are you cheating?
    Can you help me how to resolve this

    which version of theme are you using currently?
    and which version of WP are you using ?

    What is the exact change you want on your slider ?
