Editor account with access to the submissions

  • Hi there! Really love the plugin but I really need to let the Editor account access the forms, submissions and export functions. I’ve managed to change the default Editor capabilities with another plugin, but it’s not possible for Editor account to export submissions – I’m getting “You are not allowed to access this page”. I can perfectly export from my Administrator account. Please advise!

    EDIT: I found this in class-submission.php – if you change ‘administrator” to let’s say ‘edit_others_pages’ it will allow editor to export the submissions. But still – to make submissions or forms even visible in the Editor account, I need to use separate plugin (User Role Editor). I know there is an option in the ERForms setting that suppose to allow the Editor account to access the forms, but it doesn’t work for me ?? Any advice welcome!

    Thank you for contacting us. As of now, the plugin allows accessing the submissions, forms, etc to the administrator only. Can you please clarify about what settings you mentioned in the above message.

    *Note: This feature is in our roadmap and scheduled to be included in May.
