Editor access to subscriber list??

can anyone help? I need to allow editors of the website to access the subscribers list…
i use the admin menu editor plugin and i’ve tried setting the subscribers menu option to level ‘editor’ and also set the capabilities to ‘edit_pages’ but neither of these work…the subscribers option will not show up in the editors back office menu….
is there a way to update the plugin files, my theme functions.php file or db directly to allow editor access to view/export/import subscriber lists??
