Editing works on some devices

    I have several administrative users. There is one that is using a Mac that sees the “edit” link but she can not edit the data. It does not refresh with input fields. Do you know if any reason why she is not able to? While I have a different Mac user who has no problem. Is there a OS version that it is not compatible with?

    What web browser is the person having trouble editing the entry using?
